Scope

This ProdaPic Service Supplement applies to your use of ProdaPic through ScaleAPIs.

This supplement is intended to be read together with the ScaleAPIs Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If there is a conflict between this supplement and a separately signed enterprise agreement or order form, the signed agreement or order form will control to the extent of the conflict.

What ProdaPic Does

ProdaPic is a web capture service that can process customer-submitted targets and instructions to generate screenshots and related visual outputs.

Depending on the workflow, plan, and enabled product features, ProdaPic may support:

URL-based screenshot capture

HTML-based rendering and capture

element or selector-based capture

format and viewport controls

synchronous or job-based processing

bounded result delivery methods associated with the selected workflow

Customer Inputs

To provide the ProdaPic service, Scale APIs may process inputs such as:

URLs

HTML content

screenshot and rendering settings

viewport, format, and selector parameters

customer-supplied headers, cookies, session-related inputs, or similar access instructions where supported

idempotency keys, request identifiers, and similar operational metadata

If you provide headers, cookies, session material, or similar authenticated access inputs, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to use them for the requested workflow.

You should not send secrets, credentials, or session material to ProdaPic unless they are necessary for your intended workflow and you understand the applicable delivery, retention, and destination behavior associated with that workflow.

Outputs And Retention

ProdaPic generates image or related visual outputs based on your submitted request.

Outputs may be returned inline, processed in a job flow, or handled through another delivery method associated with the selected workflow, plan, or enabled product feature.

Scale APIs does not describe ProdaPic as a universal zero-retention service. Output retention depends on the selected workflow, delivery mode, caching behavior, storage settings, deletion behavior, and other configured product controls.

Where outputs or related metadata are retained to support delivery, replay protection, async processing, troubleshooting, or abuse prevention, Scale APIs uses bounded retention periods and operational controls appropriate to the selected workflow.

Customer-Designated Destinations

Some ProdaPic workflows may allow delivery to customer-designated destinations or customer-controlled storage environments.

If you use a customer-designated destination, storage location, or callback endpoint, you are responsible for:

ensuring the destination is correct and under your control

configuring destination security and access appropriately

ensuring that destination-side handling complies with applicable law and your own policies

Scale APIs is not responsible for how data is stored, shared, retained, or secured after it has been delivered to a destination that you designate or control.

Third-Party Sites And Public-Web Limitations

ProdaPic may interact with third-party websites, applications, assets, or customer-directed online targets.

Results may depend on factors outside the control of Scale APIs, including:

target-site availability

anti-bot or anti-automation measures

CAPTCHA or verification walls

paywalls, login requirements, or access restrictions

content changes made by the target site

dynamic rendering behavior, browser differences, or asset-loading behavior

Scale APIs does not guarantee successful capture, identical fidelity, or compatibility for every website, storefront, application, or workflow.

Some requests may be blocked, degraded, delayed, or rejected where the target environment prevents reliable or authorized capture.

Logging, Security, And Operational Handling

Scale APIs applies operational, security, and abuse-prevention controls to ProdaPic, which may include:

authentication and access controls

request validation

rate limiting and quota controls

idempotency protections

logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting controls

bounded delivery and retention controls associated with the selected workflow

Scale APIs may also process technical and operational metadata relating to ProdaPic requests for reliability, security, support, billing administration, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

ensuring that your use of ProdaPic is lawful and authorized

obtaining any rights, permissions, or consents needed for the requested capture

ensuring that any provided headers, cookies, credentials, or access instructions are used lawfully

reviewing whether ProdaPic is suitable for your intended use case

ensuring that your handling of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights

You may not use ProdaPic to bypass restrictions, scrape unlawfully, conduct unlawful surveillance, misuse credentials, or engage in any activity prohibited by the ScaleAPIs Acceptable Use Policy.

Service Evolution

Scale APIs may add, remove, or modify ProdaPic capabilities, delivery methods, plans, usage limits, and technical controls from time to time.

Updated product behavior will be governed by the then-current platform terms, policies, and applicable written agreements.
